Credit Application & Consent

This authorization explains how Clear Horizons Auto Solutions may handle information submitted in connection with a request for vehicle-financing assistance. Please read it before submitting an application.

1. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you certify that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to provide additional information or documentation reasonably required to verify identity, income, employment, residence, financing eligibility or other application information.

2. Purpose of the Application

You authorize Clear Horizons Auto Solutions to collect, use and disclose personal and financial information for purposes reasonably connected with your request, including assessing and arranging vehicle financing, identifying suitable financing options, communicating with you, verifying application information, and helping identify vehicles that fit your needs and applicable lender requirements.

3. Disclosure to Financing and Automotive Partners

You authorize Clear Horizons to disclose relevant application information to participating automotive dealerships, banks, credit unions, finance companies, lenders and other financing partners as reasonably necessary to process your request. Those organizations may independently evaluate your application and may request additional information or consent.

4. Credit Information Authorization

Where permitted, required and reasonably necessary to process your application, you authorize Clear Horizons Auto Solutions and/or participating financing partners to obtain, use and exchange credit information about you with a consumer reporting agency and other lawful sources for the purpose of evaluating or arranging vehicle financing.

You understand that depending on the type of credit inquiry and the party making it, an inquiry may affect your credit score. Additional identity verification or consent may be required before a credit bureau inquiry is completed.

5. Clear Horizons Is Not the Lender

Clear Horizons Auto Solutions provides financing assistance and vehicle-matching support. It does not itself guarantee or make the final lending decision. Approval, interest rate, payment, loan amount, term, required down payment and other conditions are determined by the applicable lender or financing partner.

6. Vehicle Matching

You understand that Clear Horizons may help identify vehicle options based on your stated needs and the requirements or parameters of an available financing approval. Vehicle availability and final transaction terms remain subject to the applicable dealership or seller.

7. Contact About Your Application

You consent to Clear Horizons contacting you at the telephone number, email address or other contact information you provide for purposes connected with your inquiry or application, including requesting information, discussing financing options, identifying suitable vehicles, and providing application or transaction updates. This authorization is not presented as consent to unrelated promotional marketing.

8. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Privacy questions, access or correction requests, and requests to withdraw consent may be sent to privacy@clearhorizonsautosolutions.ca. Withdrawal of consent may prevent us from continuing to process your request and is subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions.

9. Electronic Submission

Checking the required authorization box and submitting the online application records your agreement to this Credit Application & Consent in electronic form.
