These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Clear Horizons Auto Solutions website and online services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you submit a financing application, the Credit Application & Consent also applies.

1. Our Service

Clear Horizons Auto Solutions assists customers with vehicle-financing applications and works with participating dealerships, lenders and financing partners to identify potential financing options and vehicles that may fit the customer’s needs and applicable lender requirements.

Clear Horizons is not a bank, credit union or lender and does not itself make the final lending decision.

2. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular interest rate, payment, loan amount, term, down-payment requirement, vehicle, or other financing condition. Financing decisions and conditions are determined by the applicable lender or financing partner and may depend on credit, income, identity verification, vehicle eligibility, lender policies and other factors.

3. Vehicle Selection and Availability

Clear Horizons does not represent that the website is an inventory listing. We may help identify vehicle options after considering your needs and financing parameters. Vehicle availability, condition, pricing, warranties and transaction terms are subject to the applicable seller or dealership and may change.

4. Your Information

You agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and to update us if material information changes. Providing false or misleading information may prevent us or a financing partner from processing an application.

5. Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to submit a financing application through this website.

6. Credit Applications

A financing application may involve disclosure of information to participating dealerships, banks, credit unions, finance companies, lenders and other financing partners. Credit information may be obtained where authorized and necessary. See our Credit Application & Consent and Privacy Policy for further details.

7. Website Information

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but information may contain errors or become outdated. General website content is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, tax or financial advice. You should review the final terms of any financing or vehicle transaction before agreeing to it.

8. Third-Party Services

Dealerships, lenders, credit bureaus and other third parties are independent organizations and may have their own terms, policies and obligations. Clear Horizons is not responsible for the independent acts, decisions or policies of third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, submit information on behalf of another person without authority, use automated means to abuse the service, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Clear Horizons Auto Solutions name, branding, website design, original text and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or exploit protected content without permission.

We may change, suspend or discontinue website functions from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that apply in your province or territory.
